First, Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) slipped up and called for an investigation into the Bidens, before walking back the remarks in front of reporters. Now, Hunter Biden resigns from the board of a Chinese company.

All of this had one of our radio listeners ask the question earlier this morning: what does former Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) have to say about the Biden-China corruption scandal? He was, after all, the ambassador to China under Vice President Joe Biden.

So I quickly Googled "Biden" and "Baucus" just to see what came up. First was this headline from MSNBC when Baucus called on Biden to apologize to Anita Hill for his handling of the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination battle back in the '90s. And next was this very interesting piece by the Left-leaning Vox.com criticizing Baucus for apparently cashing in on his recent embassy posting, which noted:

Max Baucus became the US ambassador to China and then launched the Baucus Group, which “provides consulting services to American and Chinese businesses and serves on the Board of Directors of Ingram Micro and the Board of Advisors to Alibaba Group.”

President Donald Trump said over the weekend, "The Bidens got rich...while America got robbed." Looks like the former ambassador is cashing in too.
