Phase Two of Main Street Montana
MTN News reports Gov. Steve Bullock has launched what he called the second phase of his Main Street Montana project, to focus economic-growth assistance on the state’s often-struggling rural towns. Montana’s Democratic Governor spoke to a gathering at the Choteau-Teton Public Library on Tuesday, outlining several encouraging economic-growth statistics in the state, but added that growth often can be concentrated in cities. Main Street Montana plans to partner with a half-dozen specific communities to spur economic growth and attract both people and businesses.
