Flooding at Courthouse

Two floors of the Yellowstone County Courthouse suffered flood damage when a faucet was left running over the weekend. It happened in Judge Rod Souza’s fifth floor chambers. By Monday, there was an inch of standing water in his chambers and courtroom.
