A.G. Fox Wants Clarity in Chief Medical Examiner Position

Montana Attorney General Tim Fox wants the state legislature to clarify the role of the Chief Medical Examiner. The state crime lab has gone through three chief examiners in just over a year. Fox says the command structure is vague, which led to two departures over disagreements about work quality.
