Zimmerman Trail Closed; Crime Scene Investigation on 27th Street

UPDATE: 9:46am The Billings Gazette is reporting that the crime scene investigation at the Holiday Station on 27th and 6th is being investigated as an "officer-involved shooting" according to an email received from the Billings Police Department.

With Billings under a Winter Storm Warning Wednesday morning, multiple accidents prompted the Billings Police Department to close Zimmerman Trail until further notice:

Callers to the Cat Country morning show, The Breakfast Flakes, and the Billings Gazette are also reporting a crime scene investigation at the corner of 6th Ave. N and N 27th Street involving a police car and a pickup truck, though the Billings Police Department has yet to release a statement.
