You may have seen Mike Mallory in downtown Billings walking his dogs daily.  Those dogs are now in quarantine.  Yellowstone County Public Works Director, Dave Mumford says there are $65 million worth of upgrades for clean water regulations, therefore there most likely will be an increase in our waste water rates.

Billings K-9 officer "Cuff" helped make an arrest this weekend after a burglary in downtown Billings.  I received my ballot for the Yellowstone County Jail expansion levy.  It must be casino robbery season again!
