You may have seen Mike Mallory in downtown Billings walking his dogs daily.  Those dogs are now in quarantine.  Yellowstone County Public Works Director, Dave Mumford says there are $65 million worth of upgrades for clean water regulations, therefore there most likely will be an increase in our waste water rates.    News 1:  Mike Mallory owns 3 dogs that he walks daily in downtown Billings.  Those 3 dogs are now in quarantine at the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter because of a biting incident of an Idaho couple.

News 2:  Your waste water rates will most likely go up to help out with $65 million in upgrades to be in compliance with federal and state clean water regulations.  Upgrade work begins next summer.
