Rotten To The Core – Opinions From E. Curtis Johnson

According to The New York Times, Apple Computer co-founder, Steve Jobs, colluded with Google, Intel, and Adobe to not hire each other’s employees. These companies settled a Justice Department complaint in 2010, but now face a class action lawsuit from 100,000 employees who were denied the right to seek employment in a free and open market place.

Jobs is inescapably linked to the scheme through emails. Google’s CEO, Eric Schmidt, sent an email that instructed Google executives to discuss the plot only verbally, because, QUOTE “I don’t want to create a paper trail over which we can be sued later.”

These CEO’s can figure out computer soft and hardware, but they literally leave a paper trail of their paper trail. The irony! A man whose last name is, “Jobs,” conspired to prevent his employees from leaving their jobs. My nephew Joe, called this for what it is, “serfdom.”
