HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A man jailed in Helena after a casino robbery faces charges in Deer Lodge County that allege he was selling methamphetamine and smoking it with a girl with whom he was having sex.

Joshua James Kline has been in jail since Nov. 25 after an employee at the Copper Club casino chased away two would-be robbers, injuring Kline so badly that he was hospitalized.

Kline and his cousin, George Kelly Kline, are charged in the casino robbery.

The Independent Record reports the Dec. 11 warrant from Deer Lodge County says Joshua Kline faces charges of criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, endangering the welfare of children and a sexual assault charge.
