Mommy And Daddy Are Fighting Again – Opinions From E. Curtis Johnson

This week the House of Representatives voted on a bill to sue President Obama for failure to enforce federal law. President Obama retorts he’s skipping over Congress for refusal to work with him.  The House and White House squabble like feuding parents going through a divorce. The kids are crying, dirty and hungry, but the parents continue to get drunk on their respective ideology. 

Like any messy divorce, the attorneys are the only winners. Both sides point the finger of blame at the other, but the polls show the blame game is wearing as thin and Joe Biden’s hairline. According to the Gallup Poll, Obama’s approval rating has been in the negative since August of 2013. Over the same period, according to Public Policy Polling, hemorrhoids, toenail fungus, dog poop, and cockroaches were all more popular than Congress. America is a dysfunctional family.
