What makes People’s Community Outreach event "Picnic in the Park" unique?  We bring the Billings’ community together in coordination with multiple resource agencies to enable families to receive, in one gathering, a hand up, not only a handout.  We provide the opportunity to speak one on one with these resource representatives to address their current, challenging, personal needs.
