People! Follow the money! In many divorces, the lawyers get it all in the end. But I digress. Here’s the main reason the marriage known as California, won’t break up.  California isn’t just a geographic boundary. California is a dream and an image. Not everyone understands or appreciates that, but those who do, are addicted to the image that California personifies to the world.

California’s attempt to divorce itself is like a Beverly Hills couple splitting up and arguing who gets to keep the fake breasts and cosmetic surgery. Some things can’t be divided in divorce settlement.
