Today the County Commissioners approved a two-year lease agreement with the Billings Wolves. The Billings Wolves are a newly formed indoor football team that will play their home games at Rimrock Auto Arena. The Billings Wolves won't play their first game until February of 2015.

Under the new agreement, the Billings Wolves will pay a rental fee of $3,000 per home game in 2014 and a $3,500 per home game rental fee in 2016. In addition to the per game fee, the Wolves will also pay an improvement fee that will range from $1.25 to $4.00 per ticket depending on the cost of the ticket. The contract does not offer the ability to renew the contract when it expires. After the 2016 season both parties will be required to sit back down and re-negotiate their agreement.
