The City of Missoula's effort to force the sale of Mountain Water Company will be expensive, win or lose, says Mayor John Engen, but he feels the cost is worthwhile if the city can own its own water utility.

A 42 year-old woman is in custody following the discovery of the body of one year-old Kenzley Olson in Poplar.

The body of Kenzley Ava-LeAnn Olson, a 1 year old Native American female child was found in Poplar early on Wednesday afternoon. Public Information Officer Lee Allmer said one person is being questioned, but no charges have yet been filed. The FBI and Fort Peck Tribal police, along with the Roosevelt County Sheriff's Office are all investigating the child's death.
