According the Billings Gazette, Mary Agnes Leider was sentenced yesterday to 21 years and 10 months for the death of her three year old daughter. Leider was drunk when she threw her daughter to her death from a moving truck south of Hardin. U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy was the judge who passed sentence on what he called an "inexplicable murder."

Leider pleaded guilty in July to second-degree murder for the death of her daughter, Tennielle Ameryl Big Day.
