A fugitive from justice, missing since Tuesday, was arrested last evening on a downtown Billings rooftop.  32-year-old Tyson Heisler was discovered on the roof of the Art House Cinema & Pub at 111 North 30th Street.  The Billings Gazette reports he was arrested without incident, according to Chief Deputy Rod Ostermiller of the U.S. Marshals Service.

The Billings Police Department was dispatched to the area at about 5:30 p.m Thursday.  By 6 p.m., Heisler had been arrested.  24-year-old Kelsi Cochran, the woman who had been with Heisler, was also arrested.

Cochran was booked into the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on charges including possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute.  U.S. Marshals found Heisler’s vehicle in an alley behind the Art House.  Cochran was inside the car, and Heisler was discovered on the roof.
