Autumn ArtWalk highlights at the Yellowstone Art Museum

Earth to Earth: Sediment to Sentiment in the Murdock Gallery, features work by German artist, Anselm Kiefer. Modernist Intersections: The Tia Collection is drawn from a private collection of contemporary works by Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Bill Schenck and others.  My Hero: Contemporary Art & Superhero Action is a dynamic collection of international artworks—in a variety of media—that celebrates, examines, and re-envisions the “lives” of iconic superheroes. Be one of the first to see new works on loan from an anonymous lender including stunning pieces by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Fernand Léger, and Alexander Archipenko. Celebrate Robin Earles’s time as our current artist-in-residence by joining us for an open studio at the YAM’s Visible Vault from 5:30-7:00 p.m.  Meet the artist, bid her farewell, and enjoy light refreshments. The Art Collectors’ Corner will feature the work of Robin Earles and new work by Shane De Leon, Marc Vischer, Carol Welch, Neil Jussila, Steve Haraden and Nick Lamb. Artwork in the Art Collectors’ Corner is available for purchase.
