BILLINGS, MT - The Big Sky Chorus is preforming September 8th beginning at 5:30pm at the Billings Food Bank Fortin Culinary Center in an event called "FOOD FOR THE BODY, MUSIC FOR THE SOUL." Tickets are 50$ per person and includes a gourmet meal prepared by Chef David Maplethorpe, Chef of the Fortin Culinary Center and former chef of The Rex restaurant. The menu includes Sous Vide Tenderloin of Beef with a Bordelaise sauce, or Rosemary Chicken Breast with Rosemary Cream Sauce. The meal includes wine and all accompaniments.

Big Sky Chorus is a local group specializing in four part close harmony in the Barbershop style.

For more than 30 years. The Billings Food Bank has served those less fortunate in our community and region. During the 2017 fiscal yea, the Billings Food Bank provided 151,935 regular food boxes; 57,600 food boxes through the senior Nutrition Program, 26,528 foods boxes through the voucher system; and 28,070 meals provided to other service organizations. In all, the Billings Food Bank processes more than 17 million pounds of food thanks to the generous donations of the community.
