Tournament will be double elimination. Men\'s and women\'s adult. Can sign up through the parks and rec department. We will have concessions and a raffle for various prizes and gift cards from the very generous businesses throughout billings. There is no cost to come down and watch some good basketball but the trams to have an entrance fee.
