The Cascade County Weed & Mosquito Division said it has detected its first West Nile Virus-positive mosquito sample of the year. The sample was collected approximately six miles north of Great Falls on July 12th, and was confirmed to be West Nile Virus positive by the lab at the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services in Helena on Monday.
