Last week we told you how fellow Montana Democrat Jon Tester was declining to endorse Gov. Steve Bullock's (D-MT) run for president. Now, another prominent Montana Democrat is also declining to endorse Bullock.

Former Obama campaign manager Jim Messina, who was the longtime chief of staff to former Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT), spoke to Yellowstone County Democrats over the weekend.

During an interview with KTQV's Zoe Zandora, Messina said he is staying out of the Democrat primary battle for president in 2020. Here's the video:
