Q2 reports the University of Montana’s Humanities Department may be the next to face budget cuts, with the exception of Computer Science and Native American Studies. A collaborative process with members of the community has left the university with a detailed outline on budget cuts that will need to be fulfilled by 2021. This leaves departments with three years to progressively ease into the cuts instead of executing them all at once, or find additional funding. Get the whole story at KTVQ.com.
