Two traffic collisions resulted in serious injuries and impeded morning traffic in Billings this morning.  Shortly before 7 a.m., a two vehicle wreck on Airport Road sent two men to the hospital, according to Lt. Mark Cady, of Billings Police Department.

The Billings Gazette reports that a Kia Spectra on Swords Lane pulled in front of an eastbound Ford F-150 on Airport Road.  The pickup struck the Kia on the driver’s side, which was heavily damaged and came to rest in a nearby residence’s front yard.  The driver and a passenger in the Kia were taken to the hospital.

Another wreck occurred at about 6:10 a.m. today when a motorcycle collided with a pickup near the intersection of Broadwater Avenue and 19th Street West.  The motorcyclist was seriously injured in the wreck, but no further details are available.
