Man who stabbed Billings artist Michael Sample's to death, gets 60 years in prison.  Brandon Wegner gets four felony charges dismissed.  Billings Community Recovery Conference on Billings homeless continues  until noon Wednesday.  News 1:  A Billings man who was high on methamphetamine last summer is sentenced to 60 years in prison for the stabbing death of Billings artist, Michael Sample.  24 year old Zach Wiseman was sentenced on Monday by Judge Michael Moses.

News 2:  Brandon Wegner faces 11 felonies in two counties gets four felonies dropped.  The Yellowstone County charges include crimes of theft and break-ins at Billings area locations in 2013.

News 3:  The homeless population continues to grow in Billings.  This week, until Wednesday at noon there is an open to the public conference at the First Interstate Operations Center to address what is being done since the original conference addressed the problem last year.
