Last week we told you how Senator Jon Tester (D-MT) chuckled at the Green New Deal, and told reporters that he was "probably" going to vote against it.

In the meantime, Nancy Pelosi's "this is not a day at the beach" speech must have had some repercussions across the hill. Now, The Hill is reporting that Tester is "still reviewing" the Green New Deal:

Asked about his colleague’s plan to vote present on the Green New Deal, Manchin responded, “They can do what they want to do. I’m not a present-type guy.”

Other Democrats from coal-producing states, such as Sen. Bob Casey Jr. (Pa.) and Jon Tester (Mont.), said Wednesday they’re still reviewing the Green New Deal.
