As Senators gear up to vote this week, former CIA operations officer Sam Faddis says "the coup failed." So now what? "There must be consequences, and they must be severe."

"I hope to God we start seeing some people prosecuted. I would love to see coming out of the investigations that are ongoing on right now, charges being pressed against Mr. Brennan."
