Here's a question I received a couple of times already concerning mail-in elections here in Montana. What if someone voted early, but later decided that they wanted to change their vote? Could they go into the election office and get a new ballot and change their vote?

Republican Frank Fleming (R-Billings) held on to survive a recount, and remained as the victor on the House District 51 race for the Montana legislature. So what about the other recount requested in Yellowstone county: the judicial race between Ashley Harada and Juli Pierce. 65,000 ballots are being shipped out to Yellowstone County voters. Rutherford tells me that he expects 80% of Yellowstone County voters to vote absentee.
