20 years have passed since the first Ales for Trails here in Billings, hosted by Billings TrailNet in 2001. In less than a month Zoo Montana hosts this event.

Stunning views, tons of trails and so much broken glass. Volunteers are needed for the glass clean-up day this Saturday.

The U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded the City of Billings an $11,600,000 grant to construct the Inner Belt Loop, and complete the Skyline Trail, according to a press release from the Billings Planning and Community Services Department.

Billings TrailNet held its 3rd Annual Tour de Fleur, a bike ride that celebrates women, spring and the joy of cycling. Kristi Drake, Billings TrailNet executive director said Song Dog Serenade added to the festivities, as about 250 cyclists went on either the five mile or one and a half mile rides on the trails near Shiloh Crossing...

Ales for Trails, a music and beer expo benefiting Billings TrailNet, will move indoors this evening, due to inclement weather.  Ordinarily held in Dehler Park, the event will be held this year at the convention center’s Radisson Hotel on Midland Road...

Almost 40 students at McKinley Elementary School were given new bikes from Billings TrailNet, a local bike and trail advocacy group.  Now, kids have different reasons for liking the new bikes they received Wednesday… just in time for Christmas...
