Symphony Moves to Amend Park

Billings’ 46th annual Symphony in the Park event will change locations from Pioneer to Amend Park this year. The location change for the June 24 event came after city officials said the ground at Pioneer Park is too soggy. Michelle Dawson, marketing manager for the Billings Symphony, said the park is just too wet for the heavy equipment, adding that parking may be more difficult at Amend Park, encouraging those who plan to attend to car pool.
