A 19-year-old Billings man died Sunday morning after crashing his motorcycle in the Billings Heights.  At about 1:20 a.m. Billings Police responded to reports of a crash at the intersection of Alkali Creek Road and Aronson Avenue.
The man was riding a sportbike when he hit a curb on the south side of the street.  He was sent across the oncoming lane of traffic and struck a guardrail.  The motorcycle’s fuel tank ruptured, and a fire started.  The rider was burned and pronounced dead on scene.  Billings Police said alcohol is believed to have been a factor.
