Sex Assault at State Fair

MTN News reports that an employee of the Thomas Carnival at the Montana State Fair in Great Falls was arrested this week on suspicion of sexually assaulting an off-duty female police officer, while she was on a ride he was operating. Roberto Garcia also faces a second sexual assault charge, but no details were immediately available as of late Thursday. Great Falls Detective Katie Cunningham was with her daughter when Garcia, ostensibly tightening her seat belt, touched her inappropriately.
