Police Investigating Shooting
Billings Police are investigating a Monday morning shooting that left one man dead on the city’s North Side. At about 3:45 a.m. the Billings Police Department responded to 121 N. 23rd St. where a man aged 20 to 30 was dead of a gunshot wound, according to a news release from Sgt. Pat Curry.
Witnesses told officers a man had fled the scene on foot and a suspect was later located on the 200 block of South 28th Street. He has been held for questioning and was not identified Monday morning.
