An unidentified woman has been granted an order of protection by Yellowstone Justice of the Peace Pedro Hernandez against Barry Beach, alleging that she was being stalked.  In her request for protection, the woman said she and Beach had a short relationship four years ago while Beach was awaiting a request for a new homicide trial.

Following his clemency a year ago, Beach asked the woman on multiple occasions to continue their relationship.  When she refused, Beach would reportedly get angry.  She alleges Beach began appearing at her apartment unannounced and contacted her boyfriend through social media.  The woman said she fears for her family.
Beach’s probation restrictions increased after a Billings mother accused him of propositioning her 12-year-old daughter, but no charges were filed.  He must wear a GPS device, observe travel restrictions, an evening curfew, and visitors to Beach’s home must also be approved by his probation officer.
