The outgoing, defeated Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO) is taking a parting shot at some of her fellow senators. Was it just me, or did anyone else have the first thought of 'Uncle Joe' Biden?

In a sometimes teary 10-minute speech, the Missouri Democrat said the Senate had “too many embarrassing uncles,” and said she was worried that its history and tradition of debate and collaboration had been sideswiped by partisan leadership that wrote big bills in secret, limited debate and amendments, and gave too much power to lobbyists.

Writing big bills in secret? Limiting debate and amendments? Too much power to lobbyists? I guess she didn't have these same concerns when it came to Obamacare.

McCaskill also gave a shout out to Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), who took criticism for joining her and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on an all expense paid trip to Cancun.

Meanwhile, the Associated Press is asking if Joe Biden is "too old" for 2020.
