Interstate 90 reopened yesterday after being shut down for most of Sunday. State transportation officials had closed off a 90-mile stretch of the highway between Park City and Livingston due to poor driving conditions. Truck stops along the route were packed with travelers, including one near Columbus where employees estimated 130 trucks in a lot that is supposed to hold only 80.
