The Inner Belt Loop Corridor Study is evaluating the challenges of a proposed roadway that would connect Highway 3 with Skyway Drive and Alkali Creek.

A public meeting is planned for this Wednesday (11/6) at Billings Community Center, 360 N. 23rd Street from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Come hear about the future transportation corridor with a formal presentation to begin at 6:15 p.m.

According to a Sanderson Stewart project update, the study "will evaluate the challenges of the proposed roadway, develop an access plan that will include bike/pedestrian infrastructure, stormwater management strategies and evaluate future impacts to the corridor by new development activity."

During a recent West End Neighborhood Task Force meeting, members of the Rimrock Neighborhood Task Force showed up, asking that West End residents oppose the current planned route of the Inner Belt Loop.
