Q2 reports the man killed in a hit-and-run in Billings last week has been identified as 20-year-old Sterling Bruder-Dominquez of Billings. He was struck by a car while walking on Eight Street West near Alderson Avenue.
The driver, Tesha Williams, has been charged with three felonies and two misdemeanors, including negligent vehicular assault. Bruder-Dominquez was taken from the scene to St. Vincent Healthcare, where police confirmed Monday that he died over the weekend. He was reportedly thrown several feet upon being struck by the car. The Yellowstone County Coroner confirmed he died from blunt force injuries.

 

 

Williams was found by an MSU-Billings police officer about 2 miles away from the scene. Officers observed the windshield of her car was smashed and there was blood on the bumper. She had a blood-alcohol level almost three-times the legal driving limit.
