Billings police believe they have identified the hit-and-run driver they have been seeking, impounding their vehicle, but no arrests were made as of Wednesday.  The Billings Gazette reports that authorities continue to investigate the hit-and-run collision that involved a bicyclist on Sunday.  The Yellowstone County Attorney’s Office will decide whether to issue arrest warrants.  If warrants are issued, the suspects will be identified at that time, according to Lt. Neil Lawrence of the Billings Police Department.
