I know there's a lot of fake outrage being manufactured by Left-wing dark money groups against Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, but I have to say that this might be even funnier than their complaints about what kind of socks he was wearing.

We know the Left gets mad when Zinke might sit down with ranchers, or oil and gas guys. But now they're even mad because he sat down with...environmentalists!

Here's the headline from The UK Independent: Is Zinke trolling San Francisco with plan to dismantle city's reservoir? Classic...

Here's an excerpt:

Zinke’s Sunday discussion with Restore Hetch Hetchy concerned the dam at Hetch Hetchy reservoir in California’s Yosemite national park. Removing it would restore the valley, which was once so beautiful that the environmentalist John Muir called it “one of nature’s rarest and most precious mountain temples”, to its natural state - and force San Francisco to figure out where else to store 90% of its water supply.

Jay Lund, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at University of California, Davis who published an authoritative study on the topic, ventured that Zinke is “poking environmentalists in San Francisco in the eye”.

“This is still just a fact-finding meeting, but the secretary is very interested in restoring the valley to its natural state,” said an Interior official. The official said Mr. Zinke wants to learn how removing the dam at Hetch Hetchy would “contribute to the reliable operation” of an existing federal water project that supplies water to California farmers, “in addition to the conservation benefits removal would provide.”
