Gateway Vista Celebrated

YWCA Billings will break ground on its $4.6 million Gateway Vista affordable housing project at 909 Wyoming Avenue in May.  Thursday was their opportunity to thank generous donors and look ahead to the project, expected to be completed in 2018.  They’ll receive $3.8 million in low-income tax credits from the Montana Board of Housing, putting them within reach of the cost for Gateway Vista.
