Kids have enough awkward moments in school. But imagine it's that time, and you didn't pack the appropriate supplies. Worse yet, many young women may not even be able to afford the necessary hygiene products.

Now, thanks to a new nonprofit led by former Kalispell Mayor Tammi Fisher, free feminine hygiene products are available for high school students in the Flathead Valley. So far they've raised enough money to install free dispenser at Flathead High School. Soon, they hope to raise enough money to help out at Glacier and other Flathead County high schools.
