The 1st Annual First responders Appreciation Day, August 22, 2020. This event is to say thank you to our “Super Heroes’’ of Yellowstone County. This fundraiser is to raise money for our first responders to help comfort children during a call; it can be a blanket after they lose everything from a fire or a new car seat after a car wreck. There will be a parade and a celebration party with games and food trucks at 4404 KING AVE West.
Line up for the parade will be in the US Bank and Hobby Lobby parking lot at 4:30 pm. The parade will start at 4:30. Decorate your car, truck, or motorcycle in support of our police, fire, and EMS. Decorated vehicles will be voted on for best decoration and will win fabulous prizes.
After the parade, there will be a celebration party at Rimrock Kia with games, food trucks, and bounce houses. Starting at 9 PM, beer and wine will be available to purchase while enjoying music from a local DJ.
Silent auction items will be available from 6 pm-9 pm for you to bid. Silent auction proceeds will be given to the first responders. If you would like to donate to our silent auction please email backthebluesbillings2020@gmail.com or contact Jill at 998-8424.
