Some Montana families are struggling to buy food but there's a new benefit offering relief. It's called pandemic EBT.

If your child was getting free or reduced-price meals when school closed in March, you may be eligible for extra money to buy groceries from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services.

MDPHHS sent pandemic EBT benefits to most eligible families automatically, but if you did not receive benefits by August 31, 2020 and believe you are eligible to apply online at Montana meals.org.
