Drunk Driver Had 2-Year-Old Child in Front Seat

A Billings man is in jail after police say he was driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit. 44-year-old Eric Plainbull admitted to consuming 10 drinks before taking the wheel early Sunday morning. Four other people, including a two-year-old child, were also in Plainbull’s truck.
