Downtown Stabbing a Homicide

The Billings Police have launched a homicide investigation following the death of a stabbing victim near the downtown Hardee’s restaurant late Wednesday. Police said the incident in the restaurant parking lot was reported at 8:45 p.m. BPD officers found bystanders performing CPR on an unidentified 31-year-old man with what appeared to be stab wounds.
