Boy Scouts Sued

Four men from Roundup have filed a lawsuit against the Boy Scouts of America and Montana.  KTVQ.com reports that, according to the complaint, the Boy Scouts were negligent in putting Calvin Malone in a position of power.  The plaintiffs state that Malone, while scoutmaster, sexually abused them, and further alleges that the boy scouts noticed issues and possible allegations of assaults, but did nothing to prevent Malone from continuing as scoutmaster.  The trial is scheduled for this summer.
