MTN News reports that on Monday, the Billings City Council delayed approving a contract with a firm to remove rocks that fell from the Rims and damaged a vehicle and a home on June 26th. The Council was considering a $350,000 contract with GeoStabilization Incorporated. The Billings engineering department says the remaining unstable rock must be removed before the city can start fixing the roadway.
