MTN News reports that on Saturday night, the Big Horn County Sheriff’s department received a 911 call from an off-duty deputy reporting a boating accident near Dayboard 7, with a sunken vessel and two individuals in the water. According to the National Park Service, sheriff’s deputies located Robert Ludwich of Billings on the shoreline. He was transported by Help Flight to St. Vincent Healthcare with unspecified injuries. Search and rescue operations continued Saturday in search of two additional missing boaters. The search resumed Sunday morning, when the body of Tammy Scoville of Billings was recovered from the water. According to officials, the search will continue today, with additional Park Service and US Coast Guard resources.
