Q2 reports that new details emerged on Monday by way of court documents surrounding a 17-year-old Billings High School student facing five separate rape charges. Brayden Pond is expected to be charged as an adult when he appears before a Yellowstone County judge to face five felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent. No bond has been set, and he has not as yet been booked into jail. Pond is accused of raping four different teenage girls, during four incidents spanning from February 2017 to May 2017. He is also accused of raping a 14-year old girl in 2016 and then again in the summer of 2017. Prosecutors say the victims were incapable of giving consent at the time of those offenses. In November 2017, Billings police were notified by parents of a rape complaint made by the 14-year-old.
