Atlanta Braves vs. Billings Mustangs

I have been in Atlanta for the past week on vacation and visiting family in the area.  Keri and I are heading to the historical Turner Field to watch the Atlanta Braves play some baseball.

The Braves are in the last couple of seasons of play at Turner Field, as a new stadium is being built in the Northwest suburbs of Atlanta for the 2017 season.  Turner Field reminds me of the old Cobb Field in Billings.  I don’t mind the change in the way baseball stadiums are being built as the new look offers more to the experience for families and groups.

I look forward to the Billings Mustangs 2015 season opener on June 18 at Dehler Park.  I attended the press conference last winter when the new Mustang owners, Main Street Baseball, spoke about their vision to continue to enhance the experience at Dehler Park during Mustangs games.  This summer you should see more activity other than baseball at Dehler Park during the games.
